When it comes to night life, I’m always like: been there, done that, got a t-shirt... I’m staying home! So it’s always exciting when something new (and good) opens in Madrid. Le Cabrera (www.lecabrera.com) is a 2 in 1 in many senses: first, it’s a gastro bar under the orders (and good taste) of the chef Sergi Arola and also a cocktail bar full of irresistable temptations created (and recreated) by Diego Cabrera. Then, it’s a space where the new meets the timeless style of cocktail bars, an unique retro-trash atmosphere imagined by the oppulent Luis Galliussi. And last, but not least, a place where all the waiters wear clothes by the classic-nouveau brand El Ganso, and many clients wear my shirts (spoted a few last time I went there). Definitely, a must go.
